If there is one event that motorcycle enthusiasts need to block off their calendars, it should better be the Partakan’s “Ride and Rock” Themed Festival.
Partakan is an Ilocano term for “speed” and this festivity takes place every summer.
Last April 2014, ROPALI MOTORCYCLES sponsored the festivity at the Pozo Robo Beach Resort in Sta Ana, Cagayan. True to the theme, the event was not just a showcase of speed, but also a showdown of rock bands as well. We were entertained by bands like Sandwich, 6 Cycle Minds, Pedi Cab, Banda ni Kleggy, The Chongkeys, Epic Band and lot more, from morning until the next day.
Games and raffle draws were held among for motorcycle clubbers, wherein the grand prize of PhP 60 thousand was won by the motorcycle club from Taguig. Four motorcycles were also raffled off.
Truly, this is one experience of riding up north and if you are fortunate enough, you can even bring home a brand new motorcycle.
Mr. Aldous Alingog, General Manager of ROPALI MOTORCYCLES is confident that its fans can look forward to an event at a much bigger scale next year.
