Ford Philippines is heightening its commitment to customer satisfaction with the inauguration of a new and larger parts distribution center in Calamba, Laguna. Covering an expansive area of over 13,000 square meters—double the size of its predecessor—the facility significantly enhances the overall ownership experience for Ford customers.
The increased storage capacity enables the center to house up to 100,000 vehicle parts, bolstering Ford Philippines’ capacity to promptly deliver essential components to its nationwide network of dealerships. This expansion translates into a streamlined experience for customers, ensuring that necessary parts are readily available with reduced lead times.
Featuring a total of eight inbound and outbound docks, the facility facilitates faster and smoother receiving and dispatch of vehicle parts, optimizing operational efficiency.
Moreover, the enlarged parts distribution center empowers Ford to offer same-day delivery to dealerships in Metro Manila and neighboring areas, alongside daily deliveries to Ford outlets across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
