- Free Labor on PMS Services: Enjoy two free labor services for Periodic Maintenance Schedule (PMS) appointments, providing added value and convenience for the first and second PMS services.
Customers can easily book their service appointments through the Online Service Booking platform available on the Ford website at www.ford.com.ph/service-booking. This user-friendly tool allows for seamless scheduling, modification, and instant confirmation of service appointments. Additionally, the Service Price Calculator offers transparent pricing estimates based on the selected vehicle model and preferred Ford dealer.

In line with its commitment to customer satisfaction, Ford Philippines has enhanced its Owners Dashboard to provide a comprehensive and integrated platform for Ford owners. Key features of the enhanced dashboard include:
- Real-Time Vehicle Insights: Access vital information such as fuel level, oil life, tire pressure, and current mileage for FordPass-enabled vehicles, ensuring drivers stay informed about their vehicle’s status.
- SYNC Updates: Easily update SYNC software (if applicable) through the dashboard, ensuring seamless connectivity with mobile devices for an enhanced driving experience.
- Digital Owner’s Manual: Access important vehicle manuals, along with helpful articles and answers to frequently asked questions, providing valuable resources at your fingertips.
- Field Service Action Notifications: Stay informed about any Field Service Actions relevant to your vehicle, ensuring prompt action if required.
Furthermore, the enhanced dashboard offers added convenience by allowing customers to manage multiple vehicles under one account. Owners can register and access the Owners Dashboard at www.ford.com.ph/support/vehicle-dashboard, where they can enroll up to ten Ford vehicles using their vehicle identification number (VIN).
