If you have been tired of roaming around to search for something new to eat, then it’s time to revert to your comfort zone, at least once in a while.
Dining at Franco’s is like engaging in comfort food in a casual encounter. The dishes, which are a mix of Spanish and Filipino influences, are something you’d typically find in your kitchen, albeit dressed up in an exciting fashion. Thus, it’s easier to get accustomed to even at first lunch.
Bourgogne Beef Stew
Angus Beef Sisig
Our first main course consisted of a sampling of angus beef sisig, tinapa cream cheese cigars (lumpia with tinapa and cream cheese fillings over a bed of lettuce), Bourgogne beef stew and garlic rice.

The ambience is also quite cozy and homey with seats in bright orange and yellow hues. It is almost like a refuge long after you’ve passed through strips of dining choices within Power Plant Mall in Rockwell, Makati City. The homey vibe of this place is matched with very good service of courteous staff. I could stay here for longer, and sample its long list of desserts, had it not been for my busy weekend.
