By Kia Philippines, a subsidiary of ACMobility, has officially introduced the all-new Kia EV3, expanding its electric vehicle lineup with a compact SUV that combines award-winning design, advanced technology, and everyday practicality. Named the 2025 World Car of the Year, the EV3 brings technology and design elements from Kia’s larger EV5 and EV9 into a more accessible package for Filipino drivers. The model also carries international recognition from the Red Dot “Best of the Best” and iF Design awards.
The EV3 is powered by a front-mounted Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor producing 204 PS and 283 Nm of torque, supplied by a 58.3 kWh lithium-ion battery. It offers a claimed NEDC driving range of up to 511 kilometers on a single charge. Charging from 10% to 80% takes approximately 5 hours and 20 minutes using an 11 kW AC charger, while a 350 kW DC fast charger can replenish the same range in approximately 29 minutes. Its exterior features Kia’s Digital Tiger Face, signature LED lighting, flush door handles, rear spoiler, roof rails, and 17-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the EV3 features Kia’s 30-inch Triple Panoramic Display, combining the digital instrument cluster, infotainment screen, and 5.3-inch climate-control display. Standard equipment includes leather upholstery, an eight-way power driver’s seat with lumbar support, dual-zone automatic climate control, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual wireless charging pads, five USB-C ports, and a six-speaker audio system. Safety features include seven airbags, Advanced Smart Cruise Control, Forward Collision Avoidance with Autonomous Emergency Braking, Lane Keeping and Following Assist, Blindspot Safety Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Safety, Electronic Stability Control, Hill-Start Assist, parking sensors, and a rear-view camera.
The Kia EV3 is priced at ₱1,898,000, inclusive of a wall charger, with a special introductory price of ₱1,868,000, giving buyers ₱30,000 in savings. The introductory offer also includes five years of free Preventive Maintenance Service until October 31. Warranty coverage consists of five years or 160,000 km for the vehicle and eight years or 160,000 km for the high-voltage battery. Reservations begin September 21, with deliveries scheduled to start October 1. The EV3 is available in Aventurine Green, Snow White Pearl, Aurora Black, Terra Cotta, Frost Blue, Shale Grey, and Ivory Silver.
